Therapy Services
EMDR Therapy
EMDR is a structured therapy designed to help the brain reprocess traumatic or distressing experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation (often eye movements) to reduce the emotional charge of difficult memories, helping clients move forward without being overwhelmed by the past.
EMDR can be helpful for:
PTSD and complex trauma
Anxiety and panic attacks
Negative self-beliefs
Phobias
Chronic stress and emotional dysregulation
What to Expect
I provide therapy that respects and affirms neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and being. My practice is inclusive and informed by lived experience, research, and ongoing training in autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.
Support might focus on:

Coping with masking, burnout, or overwhelm
Improving self-understanding and acceptance
Managing relationships and communication
Developing tools for executive functioning or emotional regulation
Starting therapy can feel daunting. I aim to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible.
Initial Consultation: A free 10-15 minute phone or video call to see if we're a good fit.
Ongoing Sessions: 50-minute online sessions, , at a frequency that suits you.
